Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Two dogs, cats, mynah birds, lovebirds, canaries, or parakeets permitted.
Pet must be at least 1 year old.
No pet offspring are allowed.
The maximum weight is 20 pounds and the height limit is 18 inches.
An additional $50 monthly pet rent, per pet, will be required.
Animals must not be left on patio areas unattended and must be kept quiet as not to disturb neighbors.
